PASSING GLORY takes you to 1960's New Orleans, where the basketball team of an all-black Catholic high school battles the existing social code to prove it is, indeed , the very best team in the city. A black/white confrontation on the basketball court becomes a legendary moment in the history of the segregation-era South. PASSING GLORY was crafted by an astounding group of collaborators: executive producers Quincy Jones, David Salzman and Earvin "Magic" Johnson, Hoop Dreams director Steve James, and the former St. Augustine all-star who brought the story to screen, Harold Sylvester. A powerhouse cast led by Emmy® Award - winning Andre Braugher includes veterans Rip Torn and Ruby Dee, as well as a team of up-and-coming young Hollywood talent including Sean Squire and Arthur Agee.
