I would like to tape one of your programs for classroom use. What are the guidelines?
Under the applicable federal guidelines, educators may tape programs for classroom usage within seven (7) days of the program's air date. Some schools institute more stringent guidelines for their teachers. Thus, each teacher should always check with his or her local school administration first.
Are there any restrictions on showing tapes of your Original movies to my class?
For Public Performance Rights submit a written request, setting out briefly the details of the circumstances and fax it to "TEG Rights Group-Requests" at fax number 404-885-0600. It should also include all contact information (more than just an email address). Videos rented and purchased in stores are for private use only — they carry no "public performance rights" at all.
